We think we have captured the essence of that with this dress, which is made of an unbelievably soft, silky and gorgeous "zebra" velvet. It is fitted through the bust and features a dropped waist. The skirt features a layer of gathered taffeta and two layers of gathered tulle for a nice petticoat effect. It is detailed with satin bows and ribbon. You will feel like running wild with the wind in this dress.
