We LOVE ruffles! We think these ruffles are just the right combination of girly and sexy. The velvet top is a bustier style top fitted to just below the waist. It zips in the back and is delicately trimmed around the neckline and waist in yards of ruffled tulle. It also has sweet satin bows at just the right places. The Taffeta skirt is fitted to the hips and then drops to yards of pleated taffeta. It is trimmed at the hips with ruffled taffeta to really accentuate your curves. We like this skirt and top for dancing, and think it captures an essence of Spain.
