We LOVE ruffles! We think these ruffles are just the right combination of girly and sexy. The velvet top is a bustier style top fitted to just below the waist. It zips in the back and is delicately trimmed around the neckline and waist in yards of ruffled tulle. It also has sweet satin bows at just the right places.

The waist of the skirt is made of an unusual velvet that features a french rose pattern which is actually embedded into the velvet. You can glide your hands across the velvet and feel the rose itself. The lower skirt features an underskirt of taffeta and an overskirt of tulle, trimmed in satin ribbon. The waist of the skirt is trimmed in braiding and bows.

Available in sizes Small through XLarge and Voluptuous Vamp 1-4.
