The short puff sleeves and gorgeous back overskirt also of contrasting silk dupioni.The skirt is gathered into hundreds of folds and sweeps into a train in the back. The entire dress has the Jeannie Nitro signature look with yards and yards of braided trim. S. M. L. XL.
