It features a lined and fitted vinyl bodice trimmed in lace, which ties around the neck with satin ribbon D-Ring straps. The skirt features a double flounce of vinyl ruffles, each trimmed in ruffled black lace. The waist is also trimmed in black lace and satin bows for the Girlie look we absolutely adore.
