This stunning " Victorian Strolling" dress is custom made of Iridescent Taffeta. It is darted and fitted to the waist and detailed with velvet covered buttons. The high ruffled collar, as well as the skirt peplum are of contrasting pin striped taffeta, and edged in black grossgrain ribbon. Grossgrain bows can be found elegantly placed on the sleeves as well as back peplum, which drops into a full circle skirt....perfect for whirling drama on the dance floor. S. M. L. XL.
