This unbelievably breathtaking velvet "Lady Scarlett" dress is custom made with 100% Rayon velvet. The velvet is the most incredible velvet imaginable. It feels like the fur of an exotic cat, with the drape in which only velvet can obtain. The weight of the velvet is something you really have to feel to believe...the dress weighs a total of 7 pounds!!! The dress has a fitted, lace up basque waist with the skirt gathered into hundreds of folds and sweeping into a train in the back. The sleeves split at the elbow, are lined with contrasting satin and lace down to the wrist. Of course the entire dress has the Jeannie Nitro signature look with yards and yards of braided trim.
