This velvet and silk "Feathers" dress has a fitted basque waist bodice of velvet with the center front bodice and skirt of satin lined "Feathers" silk. The skirt is gathered into hundreds of folds and sweeps into a train in the back. The velvet princess sleeves flow from the shoulder straps and end halfway down the length of the skirt. Of course the entire dress has the Jeannie Nitro signature look with yards and yards of braided trim and bows in just the right places. S. M. L. XL.

This dress is available in white velvet with white silk and braid trim or black velvet with black silk and braid trim.
