This short cotton velveteen skirt features a "widows peak" upper waistband, dotted with eight ribbon rosebuds and trimmed with braiding. The lower skirt has plenty of kick with 3" box pleats and zips in the back.

Available in sizes Small through XLarge and Voluptuous Vamp 1-4.
